Conversion Hive provides digital solutions including but not limited to:

  • Sales Hive: Sales pipeline optimization and CRM integration.
  • Fix Hive: Maintenance and repair management systems.
  • Certs Hive: Asset tracking and management using QR codes.
  • Edu Hive: Compliance certificate management for educational institutions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Conversion Hive services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Conversion Hive services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Conversion Hive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Conversion Hive services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to upload and use all content.
  • The accuracy and legality of your data.
  • Maintaining backups of critical data.

We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data, except where caused by our gross negligence.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain Conversion Hive services require payment. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan.
  • Provide valid payment information and keep it current.
  • Authorize recurring billing for subscription services.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service disruptions.

Support is provided based on your subscription level. We aim to respond to inquiries promptly but do not guarantee specific response times unless agreed in writing.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Conversion Hive services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversion Hive shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Service interruptions, errors, or security breaches not caused by our gross negligence.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Conversion Hive in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Conversion Hive, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Use.
  • Your misuse of our services.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.
  • Content or data you upload to our platform.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use.
  • You fail to pay applicable fees.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • Your use poses a security or legal risk.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You use our services at your own risk.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between the parties.
  • Mediation or arbitration if negotiation fails.
  • Legal action in the courts of South Africa as a last resort.

17. Severability
